Thank you for your post. I agree with your statements, but.... Unfortunately, there is some kind of ceiling in career and it is really difficult for small and middle companies to make them (the right people) stay aboard. There is a moment when the company ceases to satisfy career ambitions of employees and they, gaining experience, leave, and the company is forced to hire less professional people. How to deal with such a vicious circle?
